Teresa Chambers devoted nearly 28 years to law enforcement service, six of those years as a chief of police of major organizations.
In addition to her law enforcement experience, Teresa brings 25 years of teaching and public speaking experience to your organization. Specializing in leadership topics, she is an experienced, confident public speaker, skilled at dealing effectively with diverse audiences. Using adult learning principles and a commonsense approach, she brings the audience alive in an interactive yet comfortable environment.
Teresa received her Bachelor’s Degree in Law Enforcement / Criminology from the University of Maryland University College and a Master’s Degree in Applied Behavioral Science with a Concentration in Community Development from The Johns Hopkins University. She is a graduate of the FBI National Academy and the FBI’s prestigious National Executive Institute.
Teresa has been a guest lecturer at Shenandoah University, American University, Duke University, Johns Hopkins University, and the University of Maryland and has appeared on a variety of television news and talk shows. Currently, she serves as an adjunct faculty member at both Carroll Community College and The Johns Hopkins University. |
